Catching up on the last season of Dexter: Remember when Dexter used to just kill criminals who slipped through the cracks of the police/legal system? And didn’t actively outrun and sabotage his own police department when they were actually doing their jobs right for once? That little caveat enabling our sympathy really disappeared early on, didn’t it?
